Learn more about Fortify Chiropractic in Lubbock, TX — from our treatment methods and booking process to what makes our approach unique.

At Fortify Chiropractic, care goes beyond quick adjustments. Each visit combines hands-on soft tissue work, specific chiropractic adjustments, and strength-based rehab designed to build long-term resilience. Our goal isn’t just to help you feel better—it’s to help you move, perform, and live stronger than before.

We work with active adults, athletes, and anyone looking to move and feel their best. Whether you lift, golf, run, or just want to stay strong for daily life, our care is built around helping you perform at a higher level—pain-free.

Fortify Chiropractic is located in Lubbock, Texas. We serve Lubbock and the surrounding areas including Wolfforth, Shallowater, and Slaton. We’re located in Southwest Lubbock — 4418 74th St, Suite 51 (near 74th & Quaker).

We offer chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, cupping, Graston and strength-based rehab. Each session is tailored to your needs and designed to restore mobility, reduce pain, and build long-term durability.

Dry needling uses a thin, sterile needle to release muscle tension, improve blood flow, and decrease pain. It’s particularly effective for tight or overworked areas common in athletes and active adults. Most patients notice improvement after one or two sessions.

Not at all. Many of our patients come in to improve performance, prevent injury, or recover faster from training. Chiropractic care and strength-based rehab are just as valuable for performance optimization as they are for pain relief.

Most visits last 20-30 minutes. That includes assessment, manual therapy, adjustments, and any strength or mobility work we add in. Your first visit is a little longer since we take time to understand your history and goals, and it helps set up a plan of action for your long term improvement.

Fortify Chiropractic operates as a cash-based practice, which allows for longer, more personalized sessions without the restrictions of insurance limitations. While we do not bill insurance directly, we’re happy to provide a superbill for you to submit if your plan offers out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for all services.

Your first visit includes a thorough assessment, personalized treatment, and an outline of a game plan moving forward. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s going on, what we can do about it, and how to start improving immediately. Both in and out of the office.
